Overview
Package 1—Intro to CliftonStrengths
Four interactive workshops, each 60-minutes in length, personalized for your team. These can be delivered weekly or bi-weekly via Zoom, or in-person at a full-day event.
All participants also receive codes and instructions to complete Gallup’s CliftonStrengths 34 assessment (+$45 per participant).
Everyone receives personalized Strengths Insights Guides, a Team Grid, and access to Gallup’s portal with a library of resources, videos, and more.
Package 2—Strengths-based Wellbeing
Four interactive workshops, each 60-minutes in length, personalized for your team. These can be delivered weekly or bi-weekly via Zoom, or in-person at a partial-day event.
All participants receive personalized reports about their talent needs, details about what it can look like when our needs aren’t met, and practical tips about how to handle areas of “weakness.” Everyone also completes team exercises designed to bring out the best of us, with the end goal of this package being “less judgement and more compassion.”
Package 3—Strengths-based Leadership for Managers
Four interactive workshops, each 60-minutes in length, personalized for the people-leaders in your team, plus one private coaching session with each manager.
Each participant receives Gallup’s personalized Managers Report with their private coaching session (+$125 per participant), as well as practical tips for meeting the needs of their team, building psychological safety, and developing strengths-based performance management in the group sessions.
