I think I understood the concept of Clifton Strengths before the workshop, but Wendy opened up my eyes to many new possibilities for putting that knowledge to work. I feel much better armed and prepared to not only make my job easier, but to provide meaningful support to my teammates.

Knowing yourself is the key to unlocking so much in your own life but we're so quick to judge and compare who we are against other people. What I've learned through this assessment and with the help of Wendy has given me permission to just be myself, because I'm the only one who can do that.
