Ever felt directionless?
The fact that each of us is so unique—from our fingerprints and facial structure to the way we talk, walk, and even how we see the world—points to you being created with specific talents and purposes.
But we all feel it, from time to time… this questioning about why we are here and where are we going. I’ve felt it too.
So, what do you do?

Start here

We’re all searching for something to anchor into, whether consciously or subconsciously. Your convictions about who you are and where you came from drives how you live. Having an anchor for our identity is important because it sets the context for pretty much everything in our lives.

Explore what many call the 5 Es… things that you’re enthusiastic about, come easy to you, provide enjoyment, give energy, and generally result in excellence. There are online assessments that can help. My favorite is Gallup’s CliftonStrengths. Others include High 5 and the VIA Survey.

We all have hurts, some of our own doing and some caused by others. How we process those hurts are important indicators of our overall well-being. In addition, we all have core needs. How we seek to meet those needs and whether they are actually met will also play into our ability to live our purpose.

Group Sessions
Want to spread some encouragement in your family, group of friends, or team? Schedule a virtual or in-person session with me! In as little as two hours, you and your group will:
—better understand what makes each person unique,
—learn a common language for discussing the highs and lows of each day,
—and develop strategies to be more engaged and more productive to reach your goals.
I think I understood the concept of Clifton Strengths before the workshop, but Wendy opened up my eyes to many new possibilities for putting that knowledge to work. I feel much better armed and prepared to not only make my job easier, but to provide meaningful support to my teammates.

Individual Sessions
Want to learn more about your own strengths, and how they are impacted by your needs and hurts? Schedule a session to talk about it. Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes via Zoom or a phone call and can happen once, twice, or regularly, depending on your goals. And to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us, your first 30-minute conversation is free!

Let’s chat!
Not sure if strengths encouragement is right for you? Your first 30-minute conversation is always free and carries absolutely no obligation. I want this to be a positive experience for both of us, so let’s chat to see if it feels like a good fit.
